Job Description
- Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures and standards.
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
- Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
- Develop a Competency Dictionary
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
- Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
- Administer employee benefit plans.
- Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
- Identify KPIs and administer a performance management system.
- Create and implement a compensation and benefits plan.
• Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week
• Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

- A Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Business Administration.
Experience:
3 years of experience in the job offered. Experience to include, 3 years of experience in:
- Identify KPIs and administering a performance management system.
- Create and implement a compensation and benefits plan.
- Develop a Competency Dictionary
Certification:
- Mercer IPE – Job Evaluation Training Certification
