Job Description



  • Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures and standards.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Develop a Competency Dictionary 
  • Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
  • Confer with management to develop or implement personnel policies or procedures.
  • Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues.
  • Administer employee benefit plans.
  • Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or testing standards, recommending revisions, as needed.
  • Identify KPIs and administer a performance management system.
  • Create and implement a compensation and benefits plan.





• Number of hours per week: 40 hours per week

• Daily Work Schedule: Mon to Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.

  • A Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign equivalent) in Business Administration.

Experience:

3 years of experience in the job offered. Experience to include, 3 years of experience in:

  • Identify KPIs and administering a performance management system.
  • Create and implement a compensation and benefits plan.
  • Develop a Competency Dictionary

Certification:

  • Mercer IPE – Job Evaluation Training Certification
